I've been knitting a pocket on my Taskutakki cardigan by Veera Välimäki from the book Lankaleikki (English translation available: Color Wheel Knits) using Miss Click Clack's Nightman's Highway in the Junkyard Dog colourway.
Acquisitions: A couple of lovely self-striping yarns from Stray Cat Socks in the Luigi and Audrey colourways on the Merino/Cashmere/Nylon base (Audrey is a prize for the Give Me Colour KAL!).
Episode 50 : Wall, wherl, whorl (19 September 2016)
Finished object: I finished my Autumn in Spring handspun from a Kathys Fibres 100% merino braid in the Autumn colourway.

Future projects: I showed some unknown yarns that I found in Finland that I might be using for the Echoes from Karelia socks that I hope to cast on soon.
Episode 49 : Good busy, fun busy (12 September 2016)
Give Me Colour KAL: Prizes include Stray Cat Socks self-striping yarn in the Audrey colourway, a winner's choice skein of yarn kindly donated by Black Stump Studio, the beautiful Blossomfield shawl by Meg Gadsbey pattern donated by Cyberphrog, and a colourful snap project bag from my own Give Me A Crown shop.
Finished object: My unnamed shawl, knit in Skein Yarn Uptown Sock in the Pollen colourway, which is likely to be turned in to a pattern. Photos to be added to Ravelry soon.
