I cast on socks using yarns from Knit Picks - Stroll in the Dandelion colourway and Felici in the Chickadee colourway.
I'm working on a new sock design using Circus Tonic Handmade's Revelry Sock in the Major Mitchell Cockatoo colourway.
And I'm making up a tortoise using 4 Seasons yarn from Spotlight.
Acquisitions: From Trysten of The Girls in the Yarn Cafe podcast fame and dyer behind Dragon Hoard Yarn I received a few skeins in a swap: Trelawney on the Fluffy Sock base, and Molly Weasley on the Dragon Scales base. I also picked up a ChiaGoo Red Lace Circular 40" 2.25mm needle from Blayney Sew N More, and a ball of Wendy Happy 75% Bamboo/25% Nylon yarn from The Wool Room in Young and my mum picked up crochet hooks from Woolshed in Manuka, ACT.

From Smudged Yarns a sock yarn in the Fresh Mint colourway as well as a bundle of mini skeins. And my mum bought me three different types of yarn guides for colourwork knitting from Knit Picks.

Anything Goes KAL: I drew the winner of the Dingo Dyeworks Fair Dinkum fingering weight skein in the Uluru colourway.

I cast on and finished a Windshield hat (pattern by me!) using Spotlight's 4 Seasons superwash merino 8 ply in the Nectarine colourway.
I completed my socks for the Miss Click Clack Tri-Colour Block Socks KAL in the Merri Creek Sock base with three colourways: I Smell Coffee, MS Currawong 80, and Ansel Adams.
And I completed a pair of fingerless mitts for mum from handspun that I had made from Wren & Ollie's 75% merino, 25% nylon fibre in the Electric Dreams colourway.
Work in progress: I cast on a second pair of fingerless mitts, this time for me, using Circus Tonic Handmade's Revelry Sock in the Grey Hawk colourway.
Other chatter: I spoke a bit about pilling that I've been noticing on my Free Spirit jumper and Quiet Day shawl in the sections where I used Knit Picks Stroll yarn. I also showed off a sample card that I received from Millpost Merino, a sheep farm and yarn business from Bungendore, NSW, Australia.
