Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

I don’t accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

I take a lot of pride in my creations however if you find a fault with a product please let me know so that we can discuss options which may include a repair, replacement or a refund based on the extent of the problem.

Except for custom or personalised orders, digital downloads, or items on sale, a refund (minus shipping costs) can be provided if you change your mind and you contact me within 14 days to discuss the return of the product in original condition.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact me so that I can provide instructions for how and where to ship your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
